How It Works

1. Select and Pay for Your Review
   Use the Services tab to select your requirements and to make payment for your contract review.

2. Receive Your Upload Link
   Once payment is complete, you’ll receive an email with a either your How to Guide or Dropbox link and instructions to upload your:

   • Building contract

   • Project specifications

   • Any drawings, inclusions lists, or correspondence with your builder

3. We Review Your Contract
   We carefully go through your documents, checking for:

   • Missing or unclear clauses

   • Budget and variation risks

   • Terms that may favour the builder

   • Gaps in scope or inclusions

4. You Receive a Written Report
   Within 3-5 business days you’ll receive a detailed, plain-English report highlighting:

   • What’s fine as-is

   • What needs clarification

   • Where you should seek amendments before signing
